Label, name, and organize all footage following our system. You'll develop the workflow habits that real content teams use every day in the sports industry.

📍 Location
Space Coast Complex — Melbourne, Florida
This is an on-site position. You'll be working across the complex filming live events, practices, and everything in between.
💰 Compensation
This is an unpaid internship focused on building real-world experience. You'll gain hands-on skills in sports content creation, professional portfolio material, and direct mentorship from the USSSA content team — experience that sets you apart in the industry.
🌟 What You'll Do
- Receive a daily shot list with specific video references and assignments
- Film content across the Space Coast Complex (games, highlights, interviews, b-roll)
- Create short-form content for USSSA's social media accounts (Reels, TikToks, stories)
- Label, name, and organize all footage using our file management system
- Submit completed content for review and publishing
- Collaborate with the USSSA content team on creative direction
✅ What We're Looking For
- Passion for sports content and social media
- Experience shooting video on a phone or camera (show us your work!)
- Familiarity with short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Reliable, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on-site at the Space Coast Complex in Melbourne, FL
